The .Net Developer position will support design and technical spec activities relative to interfaces, code interfaces, review code that other parties are developing to confirm it is in line with specs and work on testing and cutover.
The requirements of the role include:
- Extensive experience with designing and coding complex interfaces
- Experience configuring and coding middleware (e.g., Informatica)
- Technical design and system architecture experience
- Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate issues from both a technical standpoint as well as an executive-level
- Proven leadership experience, demonstrates an ability to provide strong governance over multiple development parties to ensure the solution is being coded to the design specs
- GRC application development experience (forms, event hooks, business logic, etc.)
ServiceNow Developer Role
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for development, core configuration, and technical expertise of Deloitte’s ServiceNow implementation. You have a solution-focused mindset and the ability to provide excellent customer service, training and support. Candidates must be passionate about technology, love customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Day to day job responsibilities may include:
- Design and develop new ServiceNow workflows and processes on Fedramp ServiceNow instance.
- Assist in the development of IT Service Management solutions using products such as ServiceNow by customizing the product using technologies Javascript, Jelly, web services including MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborates with other developers to develop/customize applications on ServiceNow platform.
- Assists ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed.
- Comply with ServiceNow best practices to maintain system compliance.
- Participating in User Access Test (UAT) to collect feedback from UAT Team, ITIL Process owners, Clients and fine-tune the solution.
- Resolves the Defects assigned by the leads , performs thorough regression testing of resolved defects.
- Deploy the code from lower environments to production environment.
- Conducts quality assurance testing of the Solution and the Major/Patch Upgrade testing.
- Day to day administration of the Fedramp ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications Required:
- Current Active Top Security Clearance
- Bachelor of Science with a concentration in computer science, information systems, information security, math, decision sciences, risk management, engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or other business/technology disciplines or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development on Fedramp ServiceNow instance.
- Proven implementation experience with at least 1-2 SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, SecOps etc.) on Fedramp ServiceNow instance. Preferably experience with SecOps module.
- Experience in maintenance and compliance of a Fedramp ServiceNow instance.
- Proven ability to configure ServiceNow using Utilize Business Rules, Client Scripts, advanced UI Policies, Workflow editor , Flow designer, ACLs and Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5.
- Proven experience in integration of Fedramp ServiceNow with other IT applications.
- Experience gathering requirements and creating/maintaining the ServiceNow solution documentation
Preferred:
- Expert knowledge of testing cycles within Agile or SDLC
- Certified Implementation Specialist certification
- Certified Application Developer
