Position Summary

As an Agile Delivery Contractor, you will support Agile project delivery for Deloitte project teams. This role focuses on coordinating Agile ceremonies, tracking sprint and project status, documenting risks and dependencies, and preparing stakeholder updates. The role also supports consistent use of Agile methods across the engagement.

Work you'll do

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as an Agile Delivery Contractor will include:

• Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Track sprint plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Prepare and share status updates, delivery metrics, and meeting notes with stakeholders.
• Support release planning, testing readiness, and delivery checkpoints.
• Maintain Agile artifacts and project documentation aligned to engagement requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• 6+ years supporting Agile project delivery for software, data, or enterprise application projects.
• 3+ years working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Experience tracking risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and status reporting.
• Experience preparing sprint plans, release plans, and delivery metrics.
• Ability to travel 100%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Ability to work onsite in the Cincinnati area 5 days per week.
• Ability to work onsite in the Cincinnati area 5 days per week.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $60 - $65 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
