Deloitte’s Green Dot Agency is looking for an ACD who’s inspired by new trends and emerging technologies, and is able to integrate them into intuitive, digital experiences. Someone who is entrepreneurial, collaborative, hungry, and humble; can effectively articulate their ideas and sell work to marketing colleagues and corporate stakeholders; and inspires teams and mentors junior creatives by providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
Work you’ll do
• Work alongside creative directors to concept and oversee the production of bold, innovative, award-winning campaigns and digital experiences for the Deloitte brand
• Translate user insights, messaging matrices, and business needs into user journeys, workflows, and overall experiences via low-fi wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes for the new deloitte.com US experience
• Lead the design of large and complex systems of interactions
• Manage the creative process and keep things flowing smoothly, continually reviewing and optimizing the work your team produces
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop streamlined XD processes while improving on agency processes and deliverables to continually set new standards
• Motivate creative teams to execute integrated, cross-channel projects that are creatively smart, strategically on point, and seamlessly executed—on time and on budget
• Lead by example and inspire those around you to elevate their craft and thinking
• Be an influential player within multidisciplinary team of strategists, analysts, creative technologists, copywriters, and art directors
• Display expertise at developing wireframes, user stories and journeys, and prototypes optimized for a range of devices and contexts
• Come in ready to visibly lead with integrity and develop a seasoned, passionate creative team
• Engage with strategy leads and analytics teams to ensure creative work is in line with strategic goals and on message for the target audience for each campaign
What you’ll bring to the table
• 7-10 years of in-house or external agency experience working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns, with a compelling portfolio of distinctive work showing both product and service design as well as strong integrated concepting and storytelling
• Ability to concept and develop outstanding creative with the teams you manage, sell the work to your clients, and adapt at every step along the way
• Excellent client relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations within digital channels
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools with proven expertise in digital, traditional, and emerging delivery models, as well as familiarity with AEM
• A solid understanding and demonstration of user-centered design principles
• Possess solid knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch and HCI principles
• Show excellent public speaking, presentation, and listening skills, with and ability to own the room
• Be familiar with Agile and Sprint working methodologies
• Combine a strategic, business savvy with strong advocacy for experience design
