We are seeking an Automotive Retail Cloud Sales Contractor to support the implementation and adoption of Tekion Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) across leading dealership groups nationwide.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Sales, F&I, Retail, and dealership DMS operations, along with the ability to train, coach, and support front-line teams through technology-enabled change. This role will work closely with dealership leadership, Sales consultants, desk managers, F&I managers, Deloitte, and Tekion teams to support training, go-live readiness, and successful post-go-live adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Tekion ARC deployments including SIM training and full dealership go-lives
• Support dealership teams through the transition from legacy DMS platforms, drawing on firsthand knowledge of retail dealership workflows
• Serve as a trusted operational advisor to dealership leadership during implementation, bridging the gap between technology and day-to-day store operations
• Design and deliver hands-on training programs for Sales and Retail staff, tailoring content to dealership-specific processes, roles, and workflows on the Tekion ARC platform
• Support Sales consultants, desk managers, F&I managers, and other variable ops personnel on new system workflows, ensuring adoption and proficiency post-go-live
• Identify operational gaps or process misalignments during go-live and early adoption phases and recommend practical, dealership-tested solutions
• Coordinate effectively with Deloitte, Tekion, and dealership stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle

Qualifications

We are looking for professionals who have genuine retail dealership operations and DMS implementation experience, including:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience working in an automotive dealership, with a strong focus on variable operations (Sales, F&I, Retail)
• Demonstrated experience training and developing dealership Sales or Retail staff — classroom, floor coaching, or structured onboarding
• Experience implementing, supporting, or migrating DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, DealerTrack, Tekion, or similar)
• Proven ability to support dealership go-live events and guide teams through operational transitions
• Strong working knowledge of retail dealership processes including deal structuring, desking, CRM workflows, and F&I operations
• Excellent communication and coaching skills — able to engage, motivate, and drive change management for retail dealership staff at all levels
• Ability to travel up to 90% nationwide for on-site dealership deployments
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record

Engagements are primarily on-site at dealership locations, with occasional opportunities for remote collaboration.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $40-$60 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
