Work you'll do

The Work You’ll Do Under the Deloitte Project Team

As a member of the TS Development Delivery team, you will act as a learning and talent development manager; Execute the delivery of new learning and capability development programs and optimize delivery resources through teaming with the Talent Learning & Development partners and oversight by Team Lead Manager and other TS Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team with TS Leads and Managers to deliver established learning programs
  • Execute communications in collaboration with the Talent Learning & Development partners and National Meeting & Events Services
  • Execute day-to-day programs and delivery processes for live classroom deliveries and programs at Deloitte University, in local offices and at off-site hotels and conference centers
  • Coordinate with Delivery Managers to ensure national policies, programs and guidelines are followed by team and manage escalations/exceptions, as needed
  • Recommend the right communications vehicles and project management tools to ensure real-time and close connection to business leaders, organizational priorities and changes.
  • Demonstrate initiative in recommending and implementing delivery process improvements to increase efficiency, and constantly moving learning to the next level
  • Coordinate with TS Specialists and obtain any oversight by TS Managers necessary to ensure appropriate leverage to successfully execute on the Talent Services vision

Qualifications

Required:

  • 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelors Degree 
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and activities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal clients/stakeholders
  • Experience in event and/or logistics planning is helpful
  • Strong Excel skills

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in L&D
