Work you'll do

The Services you will provide the Deloitte project team: Facilitating program planning, production, and launch efforts by overseeing the development and execution of digital assets—including landing pages, emails, and hero images—in accordance with brand and email standards. This role ensures seamless activation of marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand digital experiences that drive engagement and results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development and activation of landing pages, emails, and hero images, ensuring all assets adhere to brand and email standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to plan, produce and launch digital campaigns and program initiatives.
  • Project manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure on-time, on budget execution of activation efforts.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on creative and technical specifications.
  • Maintain the quality assurance process for all digital assets, conducting thorough reviews and testing to ensure flawless execution and optimal user experience.
  • Monitor campaign performance and activation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand guidelines, digital best practices, and evolving email standards to ensure all activations are current and compliant.
  • Support the development and documentation of activation processes and workflows to drive efficiency and consistency across projects.
Qualifications:   
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience developing and launching landing pages, emails, and digital assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, email platforms, and content management systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, WordPress, or similar).
  • Experience working with technology brands or within a large enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with brand standards and digital asset requirements.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email development best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize activations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $40 - $ 50 hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
