Work you'll do

The Work You’ll Do Under the Deloitte Project Team:

The Manager will be aligned to a specific workstream within the Talent Transformation portfolio and will work closely with HR Strategy & Transformation (HRST) Talent Culture & Change Management Leaders, project-focused change professionals, other functions within HRST, and Consulting teams to drive consistent delivery of culture & change activities. The manager will engage and track stakeholder impacts and feedback to inform the culture and change management approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help advise leaders on proactively managing stakeholders, including anticipating and mitigating risks and issues, navigating stakeholder conflicts and prioritization, and facilitating adoption of technology and processes
• Proactively manage group and individual stakeholder needs and concerns through ongoing engagement, eliciting stakeholder feedback, establish and coordinate stakeholder groups, as needed, and analyze stakeholder data
• Clearly and effectively communicate technical and functional understanding for business leaders, support recruitment of champions, and facilitate adoption
• Support clear and effective articulation of stakeholder concerns to project team, serving as a conduit for stakeholder needs, support documentation of business needs during requirements gathering, and version change strategy and plans with business stakeholders in mind
• Plan for contingencies and advise project leaders in managing project communications and stakeholder issues
• Work within the team to conceive and develop consistent communications, and change and communications strategies / plans that are aligned with Talent strategies and leading practices
• Monitor communications and change management effectiveness, measure results, and update strategies and plans
• Serve as the change and communications SME for the service area, functional, and/or project team, providing expertise and demonstrating its value to project success
• Coordinate with other teams across Talent and the Businesses to understand project implications for other programs, projects, or processes or when subject matter expertise is required
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 5 years of change management-related experience
• Solid program/project management skills
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with advanced PowerPoint skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
• 10 years of professional experience
• Talent / HR systems background and an extensive, broad network across the Business(es) and/or Talent Channel
• Experience in large scale change management projects or organizational transformations, including the rollouts of enterprise applications
