Work You’ll Do as a contractor Under a Deloitte Project Team

Support Tier 1 investment bank client and their back-office teams with the operational aspects of banking activities and processing of trade related activities.



 


Work you'll do

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the investment banking fund launch process for new investment products and distribution opportunities.

Uplift strategic workflow infrastructure to bring additional control to launch and change events.

Maybe assigned as a central point of contact for fund for inquiry resolution.

Support risk oversight for nuanced support models for funds on the platform

Schedule meetings, curate agendas and arrange presenters, collate materials, communicate with leadership, and coordinate meetings for the funds’ boards of directors.

May serve on internal governance committees responsible for various stages in the fund lifecycle.

Monitor service delivery levels of service providers to our funds.

Perform expense analysis to maximize commercial benefit for decisions regarding fund service providers.

Explore solutions that leverage business intelligence, low code automation, industry utilities, and external vendor solutions

Experience in project-based work and seeing projects through to completion.

Take initiative and are interested in improving established processes (whether utilizing technical platforms or more proficient in utilizing common business-related tools).

Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment.

Commitment to excellence with a high level of integrity

The ability to deliver on tight deadlines, multi-task in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.

 Maintain funds’ investment book of record.

Will work along staff to capture change events, restructures, and terminations through the lifecycle of funds.


Qualifications:

Bachelor' Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

1-2 years' experience in investment banking operations.

Strong understanding of financial instruments. 

Technology Adept. 

Excellent communication skills. 




The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $25-$30 per hour,  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience and will be determined by the third party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
