Work you'll do

The work you’ll do as a contractor under a Deloitte project team includes assisting with expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) and SmartSheets for workload project management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Talent/HR data and a working knowledge of SAP HANA. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills to drive business process improvements and data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Azure DevOps (ADO) Management
  • Plan, track, and manage software development projects using ADO.
  • Create and project manage work items, backlogs, sprints, and releases.
  • Facilitate team collaboration through ADO’s integrated tools for version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
  • Utilize ADO’s dashboards and analytics to monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
SmartSheets Workload Project Management
  • Use SmartSheets for task tracking, project planning, and resource allocation.
  • Create detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and automated workflows.
  • Integrate SmartSheets with other tools and platforms to streamline data flow and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Leverage SmartSheets’ collaborative features to ensure team alignment and effective communication.

Talent/HR Data Analysis

  • Analyze HR data to provide insights into workforce trends, performance metrics, and talent management strategies.
  • Extract, transform, and report HR data using various HR systems and tools.
  • Ensure HR data management practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, providing accurate and timely reports.

SAP HANA Knowledge 

  • Understand SAP HANA’s in-memory database technology for efficient data processing and real-time analytics.
  • Create and manage data models within SAP HANA to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
  • Integrate SAP HANA with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance overall data management capabilities. 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing projects using Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Proficiency in SmartSheets for workload management and project planning.
  • Experience with Talent/HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business needs.
