Contractor - Remote
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our Digital & Analytics team, focusing on Talent transformation initiatives from both a systems and process perspective.
- Create project materials
- Support design sessions
- User acceptance testing
- Cutover, training and service rehearsal testing processes as needed
- Coordinate meetings
- Track and update project plans, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID log)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience implementing Talent systems and processes from ideation through deployment
- Strong Project Management skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
- Strong knowledge of leading-edge project management methodologies and experience supporting the implementation of new Talent systems and processes
- Experience in well-being, compensation, benefits administration, and talent processes.
- Strong written/verbal executive communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent listening, facilitation and influencing skills with audiences of all management and leadership levels
- Collaborative and detail oriented
- SAP SuccessFactors experience
- ServiceNow Experience
- PMP Certification
