Work you'll do

The services you will provide the Deloitte Project Team as an EPIC Certified Contractor include:
  • Design, develop, and main interfaces between hospital's Epic Access, Clinical and Revenue system and various healthcare information systems
  • Provide specialized expertise in Epic systems to support the implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions.
  • Configure and customize Epic modules according to project requirements. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic systems.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Epic applications.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.
Qualifications:
  • Must be certified in both Epic Cogito & Caboodle.
  • Up to date Epic Certified in at least one of the following: Revenue, Clinical, or Healthy Planet. 
  • Experience in Epic Upgrade and Nove Notes.
  • Error handling in Epic including creating/modifications of error work queues and using support utilities in Epic.
  • Experience with healthcare/clinical data domains and concepts.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense.
  • Experience with US healthcare workflows.
  • Work with stakeholders and IT team to troubleshoot Epic system issues and problems related to break-fixes and other support activities.
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $70 - $83 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
