The Work You’ll Do as a contractor Under a Deloitte Project Team will be to develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for technology product development.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Vision Setting:
• Align product engineering goals with overall business objectives and client needs.
• Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on product offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive product development.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
• Reinforce rigorous quality assurance standards and testing protocols.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development process.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and development efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of products post-launch to inform future improvements.
Required Skills:
Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and development frameworks.
• Experience with cloud computing, DevOps practices, and modern development tools.
Teaming Skills:
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing engineering teams.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $60 to $80 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
This is a Hybrid role and contractor will need to come to the office three times a week. (Either Hermitage, TN or Dallas, TX)
