Contractor - Remote
We're looking for an individual to support the Digital & Analytics team aligned to Performance Management (PM) technology. The US Talent Transformation Digital & Analytics team implements core, organization-wide Talent applications that support key Talent strategies and processes. Technology solutions are implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to help drive operational efficiency and effective improvements across Talent.
- Support the D&A Manager with Performance Management technology releases in June 2025 (R1) and June 2026 (R2)
- Collaborate with Consulting, Technology and Talent team members to ensure project deliverables move forward and stay on track. This includes collaborating on project plans, driving open actions/decisions to closure, tracking/escalating risks and issues, scheduling and facilitating meetings, and taking notes to capture design decisions.
- Assist the D&A Manager with activities supporting both R1 and R2 release for PM technology including: assessment and documentation of PM tech impacts, documentation of tech requirements, user story review, prepping UAT test scripts, tracking issues logged during testing, and coordinating with technical teams on issue resolution and retesting efforts.
- Provide support and address technology-related questions and issues for stakeholders, working closely with D&A and PM SMEs where necessary
- 8+ years of experience with talent technology implementations or enhancing other enterprise digital talent solutions
- Ability to translate functional requirements to technical requirements and identify, with SME support, dependencies and downstream implications of new technologies
- Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
- Proven experience of documenting workflow and system integrations
- Works well in a dynamic, complex, client-and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's Degree

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $65 to $95 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
