Key Responsibilities as a Contractor:
- Updates to central reference data e.g. payment identifiers
- Review of any entity hardcoding within systems
- Changes to regulatory reporting due to primary regulator change – 329 reports to be analyzed
- Template/confirmations updates to reflect new entity
- Uplift to daily reconciliations – these aren’t all built using central reference data but there isn’t a central depository so will need to analysis each individually
- Client impact – identification of all notifications required
- Must be able to work on-site part of the week in Whippany, NJ
Qualifications:
- Prior Operations experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Proven experience writing business requirements documents, documenting current process and expected process changes
- One or more of the following skills:
- Experience working on regulatory change projects or analyzing new business initiatives
- Experience reviewing middle office processes and reconciliations
- Understanding of confirmations processes and systems to be able to identify where there are impacts
