The work you’ll do as a contractor under a Deloitte project team includes collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for GTS projects.
Key Responsibilities as a Contractor:
•Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development and configuration.
•Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
•Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within SAP GTS solutions.
•You will guide a team to implement and configure the software to replicate the required business processes and analytical/reporting needs.
•Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams
•Ensure that SAP GTS solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
•You will contribute to the development and growth of the SAP GTS practice globally.
Qualifications:
Required:
•Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP GTS project implementation, and thus have significant knowledge of the SAP GTS Solution, in one of the following domains- Compliance •Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference
•You have a good understanding of the supply chain management processes
•Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
•Experience in other SAP modules than SAP GTS is an asset.
•Technical knowledge (e.g. ABAP, SAP PI…) is an asset
•You have good analytical and modeling skills.
•You are a team player with strong communication skills.
•You are open to work in an international multicultural environment and to work abroad if needed.
•You have a university degree (bachelors or above) in these or related areas of studies: engineering /STEM, information management, information systems, computer science, business (international relations, finance).
Preferred:
•Education with SAP focus (any of the following): S/4 or ECC Sales and Distribution, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Material Master, Transportation Management
•Software aptitude in PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Excel, and/or Visio
•Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers
•Knowledge of export regulations including ITAR/EAR
•Demonstrated interest in international trade or international business
•Strong research, writing, verbal communication, and project management skills
•Ability to bring 'out of the box' solution design that is aligned to leading practices and differentiated business outcome
•Understanding of end-to-end processes and attention to detailed design.
•Strong team and organizational skills, ability to self-manage time and tasks
