Work you'll do

As a Deloitte contractor, you will be required to speak with customers via telephone, collect data, analyze data, and submit reporting pursuant to the client approved playbook across an assigned region of clients.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Customer Engagement & Communication
  • Inform corporate customers about the launch of our new Corporate Services Console.
  • Craft and dispatch targeted follow-up emails tailored to individual customer agreements for those who haven't responded to initial communications.
  • Discovery & Demonstration Calls
  • Coordinate and lead discovery sessions to confirm customer service selections.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to demonstrate chosen services, such as an admin console overview, licensing summary services, or PDF health check walkthroughs.
  • Where possible, identify potential opportunities for contract upgrades or purchases of additional products.
  • Reporting & Progress Tracking
  • Compile and submit weekly reports detailing customer engagement activities, including notifications sent, responses received, follow-up communications, and scheduled calls.
  • Align with Account Managers to strategize customer outreach and provide updates on progress.
  • Lead PHC Coordination
  • Oversee and manage the scheduling and execution of PHCs (Post-Sales Health Checks) — strategic customer engagements conducted after the purchase of a new agreement. The goal of PHCs is to increase deployment and adoption, minimizing the risk of attrition at the time of renewal.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science or Technology related. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills written and oral.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in software licensing 
  • Strong Project Management
  • Strong MS Excel skills

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $25 - $30 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills and experience and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
