Position Summary
Work you'll do
The Services you will provide the Deloitte project team:
As a QA Tester Contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through rigorous testing and analysis. Execute test cases and document results to ensure software meets specified requirements. Identify, report, and track defects and issues in the software. Collaborate with developers to understand features and functionalities to be tested. Perform regression testing to verify that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities. Participate in test planning, test case design, and test case review activities.
Qualifications:
o Candidates need to be local to Seattle / Redmond & should be in the office 5 days a week
o Citizens / Green card holders only
o 8+ years of experience working as a UAT / QA tester
o Experience with satellite internet provisioning & management
o Experience with test estimation & planning
o Experience executing front end & back end test testing– database / API / Logs
o Experience with test data setup
o Knowledge of test management tools like test rail / Jira / ALM
o Experience implementing testing best practices
o Experience with defect management & reporting using test rail
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $60 to $65 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
