Work you’ll do:  

  • Take ownership of cross-functional technical projects, including project definition, business analysis, requirements gathering and resource planning, vendor management, project execution, release and change management.  
  • Support CMS projects and related ad hoc needs, such as product updates and site administration.  
  • Code and implement custom web analytics tagging solutions.  
  • Execute testing and personalization activities.  
  • Help identify and drive improvements in digital marketing’s creative process and capabilities.

Qualifications:   

Required:  

  • 5+ years of experience as a web developer hand-coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including experience with related programming libraries and frameworks, and a familiarity with software repositories and other technical collaboration tools; technical product and project management experience delivering best-in-class digital media experiences, preferably as part of a team designing, developing, and managing external business websites.  
  • Must be proficient with Eloqua, Sprinklr, & Workfront. 
  • Knowledge of modern web practices, including best practices around user experience, usability, browser testing and support, and SEO.  
  • Familiarity with personalization and A/B testing.  
  • The ability to be a voice for the user in delivering an experience that contributes to the success of the site, relying heavily on influence over authority to deliver results.  
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Marketing Cloud tools, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.  
  • Travel up to 10%   

Preferred:  

  • Bachelor’s/4-year University degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree  
  • Experience as an Adobe Experience Manager developer; experience developing data visualization graphics and interactive content using tools   
  • Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js preferred)  
  • Understanding of Agile methodology.
