Work you'll do

The Work You’ll Do Under the Deloitte Project Team:

As a Content Publishing Specialist, you'll report to a Digital Manager or Studio Lead. You will be responsible for executing multi-channel digital components of marketing campaigns, including web page creation, editing and publishing; social media publishing; email publishing; podcast publishing and distribution; site maintenance support; and related activities as needed.

Other responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit and/or maintain web pages and sites on Deloitte.com to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness, and alignment with overall campaign objectives
  • Ensure alignment with all Deloitte.com publishing standards; QA pages and components
  • Support site audits and special projects as needed
  • Support publishing and distribution tasks for podcasts
  • Publish and schedule social media or email distributions
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Perform other related tasks as needed
  • Support personalization and content targeting activities
  • Learning and utilizing multiple content management tools for digital publishing, marketing automation systems (i.e. Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, Sprinkler) and project management tools (i.e. WorkFront)
  • Assist with cross training/shadowing of new team members
  • Flexible to assist with work after business hours, if needed

Qualifications:

·       Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) a plus

·       Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

·       2+ years relevant experience in marketing and/or digital production                                      

  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Paid media and paid social a plus
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel on a limited basis required
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team, both in-person and virtually
