As an Industry SME Contractor, you will leverage your specialized knowledge in nuclear energy to provide insights and expertise that advance project objectives and client needs. You will collaborate closely with Deloitte project teams and client stakeholders to integrate industry-leading practices, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of compliant and reliable power solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of nuclear energy trends, regulatory environments, market dynamics, and technological advancements to inform project direction and client decision-making.
• Contribute in developing detailed reports and compelling presentations to communicate industry-specific findings, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations to both project teams and clients.
• ork alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure that nuclear industry best practices are embedded in all deliverables and solutions.
• Assist in shaping strategic plans, project roadmaps, and tailored solutions based on industry-specific requirements and client objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise during client meetings, workshops, and forums, addressing industry-related questions, offering mitigation strategies, and guiding discussions about complex regulatory or technical concerns.
• Contribute in development and execution of nuclear energy projects, including traditional generation, small modular reactor (SMR) deployments, and demonstration initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory, technical, and commercial considerations.
• Leverage robust industry networks and establish productive relationships with regulatory bodies, technology vendors, utilities, and other key stakeholders to drive project success and foster industry innovation.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $95 - $100 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
