Position Summary
Work you'll do
We are seeking an Executive Advisor Contractor to support the Corporate Development group. This role will provide strategic and execution support across the lifecycle, including deal origination, financial analysis, diligence coordination, integration tracking, and executive materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Track inorganic opportunities and screen inbound CIMs against strategic focus areas.
- Support acquisition financial modeling, including SaaS-related metrics such as ARR quality, NRR, and other key performance indicators.
- Coordinate diligence workstreams across Legal, Tax, Finance, Product, and other internal stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with external advisors, including banks, legal counsel, and consultants.
- Support post-close integration tracking for recently closed deals.
- Prepare transaction rationale, deal summaries, and other executive and Board materials.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and risks; provide updates and recommendations as needed.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth execution of initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in corporate development, M&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related transaction support role.
- Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in SaaS and technology business models preferred.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Experience preparing materials for senior executives and Board review.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $190 - $200 hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
