As a Marketing Contractor, you will support paid media and marketing performance efforts for the Deloitte project team. This service includes campaign analysis, channel optimization, reporting, and coordination across marketing stakeholders. The role focuses on using performance data to inform recommendations, improve media effectiveness, and support enterprise marketing objectives.

Work you'll do

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Marketing Contractor will include:

• Support paid media measurement, optimization, and reporting activities with external agency partners
• Analyze cross-channel performance data to identify gaps and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
• Apply marketing mix model insights to support media allocation and channel investment decisions
• Translate brand advertising performance into business insights for stakeholders across enterprise and go-to-market marketing efforts
• Prepare campaign reporting, performance summaries, and analysis for ongoing marketing reviews

Required Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media activation and optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or Analytics
• Experience activating paid media programs across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels
• Experience with targeting, bidding, budget pacing, creative testing, conversion measurement, reporting, and optimization
• Experience working in a matrixed enterprise environment or center of excellence model
• Experience using campaign performance data to support channel optimization recommendations
• Experience translating campaign results into stakeholder-ready reporting and insights

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Sprinklr, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
• Google Ads certification
• Experience partnering with analytics or measurement teams on pixels, conversion events, Uniform Resource Locators tracking parameters (UTMs), funnel reporting, and testing
• Familiarity with Workfront and Agile delivery methods
• Experience using marketing mix model outputs to support media planning decisions
• Experience supporting budget tracking or resource planning for paid media programs

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $60-$75 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
