Position Summary

As a Performance Management Contractor, you will support the Deloitte project team with employee performance program activities and testing coordination for talent technology work. The role includes support for performance evaluation processes, recognition program activities, testing preparation, project reporting, and project documentation. You will also review project and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Work you'll do

The service you will provide, the Deloitte project team as a Performance Management Contractor will include:

• Coordinate testing workstream activities by updating project plans, documenting actions and decisions, tracking risks and issues, and capturing meeting notes and follow-up items.
• Prepare for testing cycles by organizing tester assignments and tracking testing efforts for integrated non-SAP systems.
• Create and maintain weekly testing status materials that summarize progress against milestones for stakeholders and project teams.
• Provide project management office support for testing, conversion, and cutover activities as project needs change.
• Support performance management and recognition program activities, including evaluation administration, feedback process documentation, and analysis of data for trends and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of project management office experience supporting talent technology implementations or user acceptance testing.
• Experience updating project plans and tracking actions, risks, issues, and milestone status.
• Experience documenting meeting decisions, action items, and follow-up items for project teams.
• Experience supporting testing cycles for integrated systems.
• Experience creating weekly status reports or project materials for stakeholders.
• Experience supporting employee performance evaluation processes or recognition program activities.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting talent technology implementations in a consulting environment.
• Experience supporting conversion and cutover activities.
• Experience working with integrated non-SAP systems.
• Experience analyzing project, testing, or performance data to identify trends.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $50-$60 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
