Position Summary

The Digital & Analytics Performance Management team is seeking a contractor to support sustainment planning during the transition from legacy performance management tools to SAP SuccessFactors. This role supports go-live readiness, post-implementation hypercare, and ongoing operational processes for the performance management ecosystem. The contractor will create documentation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support future-state sustainment processes. The ideal candidate brings experience with operational transitions, system implementations, and documentation for enterprise platforms.

Work you'll do

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Performance Management Support Contractor will include:

  • Support analysis of current performance management tools, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Support planning and tracking for the transition from legacy tools to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Create process documentation, knowledge transition materials, user guides, and onboarding content to support operational readiness.
  • Support development of the future-state sustainment model, including issue intake, ticket routing, and role-based access processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, document action items, maintain project materials, and support implementation communications for stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years supporting operational processes for talent systems, human resources technology, or enterprise platforms.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, operational transitions, or service enablement initiatives.
  • Experience creating standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Experience supporting post-go-live hypercare or sustainment activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $50-$60 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
