Position Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst Contractor with experience in Source-to-Contract activities across Professional Services categories, including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and Marketing. This role provides support for strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle activities, category research, supplier interactions, and analytics. The contractor will contribute to sourcing pipeline development, request for proposal (RFP), request for information (RFI), and request for quotation (RFQ) package preparation, market and spend analysis, contract support, and procurement compliance activities. This position is well suited for candidates with experience supporting cross-functional sourcing and contracting work in a structured procurement environment.

Work you'll do:

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Procurement Analyst Contractor will include:

• Develop sourcing pipelines and prepare request for proposal (RFP), request for information (RFI), and request for quotation (RFQ) packages.
• Support supplier communications, bid events, and negotiation activities for Professional Services categories.
• Provide category research, market insights, and spend analysis across Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
• Support contract lifecycle activities, including drafting support, redlines, approvals, renewals, and expiration tracking.
• Support supplier reviews, issue tracking, and procurement compliance activities.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, source-to-contract, or contract lifecycle support
• 2+ years of experience supporting Professional Services categories, including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, or Marketing
• Experience preparing request for proposal (RFP), request for information (RFI), or request for quotation (RFQ) documents
• Experience supporting contract authoring, redlines, approvals, renewals, or expirations
• Experience conducting spend analysis, market analysis, or category analysis
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

Preferred:

• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools
• Experience with source-to-pay or procurement platforms
• Experience supporting supplier performance reviews or procurement compliance activities
• Experience supporting sourcing projects across multiple categories or stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or law

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $65-$75 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
