Work you'll do

As a Program Manager Contractor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution for a Deloitte client engagement. You will ensure successful delivery by developing robust project plans, managing schedules and budgets, and driving collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups. Your expertise in Agile product management and business analysis will be essential for navigating complex project environments and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues and risks.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile product management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Utilize expertise in the satellite industry to inform project decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive background in Agile product management
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a satellite industry.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP certification a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • US Citizenship required

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $65 - $75 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
