Work you'll do

We are seeking a Program Management Contractor who will also serve as a Product Associate / Product Owner embedded within an existing co‑branded credit card product team. This role supports program execution and owns product requirement definition and backlog delivery in a scaled Agile environment, partnering closely with design, data, business, and technology stakeholders to deliver customer-facing features and releases.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain delivery plans, including milestones, schedules, and dependency tracking.
  • Track progress across workstreams; document and support closure of risks, blockers, issues, and open items.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and working sessions; capture action items and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and share regular status updates, including RAID tracking and milestone reporting.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Partner with design, data, business, and technology stakeholders to confirm scope, dependencies, and backlog readiness.
  • Support roadmap updates with the product and program team.
  • Provide guidance and quality review for 1–3 junior contributors producing requirements and supporting artifacts.

Required Qualifications

  • Banking industry experience.
  • Experience with requirements gathering/definition and writing requirements in JIRA.
  • Experience documenting and maintaining artifacts in Confluence.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, data, business, and technology teams.
  • Experience working through risks/blockers/dependencies in delivery.
  • Experience in a scaled Agile environment supporting customer-facing releases.
  • Experience guiding junior contributors and reviewing work for quality.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $ 135- $150 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
