We are seeking a Software License Analyst contractor to support enterprise customers by collecting, analyzing, and reporting software licensing and deployment data across an assigned region. This role focuses on customer communication, data analysis, and project coordination to support licensing activities, migrations, and risk reduction. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, professional, and experienced in working with customers in a technology-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via telephone and other channels to collect required licensing, deployment, and agreement data
  • Analyze customer data and submit accurate reporting aligned with the client-approved playbook
  • Provide insights related to software licensing, entitlements, agreements, usage, and deployment activity
  • Support agreement and product migration activities, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Review licensing, agreement, and security data from multiple sources to identify risks and opportunities
  • Serve as a resource on software administration consoles, licensing structures, and buying programs
  • Guide customers on identity and access management, SSO setup, domain controls, and related compliance considerations
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Account teams to address escalations and improve customer outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across IT, procurement, and leadership teams
  • Support onboarding, enablement, and IT asset management education for customer stakeholders
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail in all customer interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in software licensing, IT asset management, customer success, or technical product support
  • Experience working in the technology, software, or cybersecurity space
  • Knowledge of software licensing, royalty structures, intellectual property, or compliance concepts
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, identity management platforms, and SSO solutions
  • Experience with software asset management tools such as SCCM, Intune, or SaaS admin portals
  • Experience supporting agreement, contract, or product migration activities
  • Experience engaging enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI
  • Familiarity with enterprise software agreements, buying programs, and SaaS licensing models

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $28- $32 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
