We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Licensing Contractor to support Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) customers through high-volume, technology-enabled self-declaration licensing reviews and related cyber services. This role focuses on compliance assurance, customer insights using benchmarks and segmentation, and revenue impact through high-quality engagements. Training and support will be provided; success requires strong ownership, pace, and professionalism.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined portfolio of SMB (Small and Medium Sized Business) customers, ensuring timely, consistent engagement.
  • Conduct self-declaration licensing reviews at scale across new and existing service offerings.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret software licensing/compliance data (Excel-heavy).
  • Generate tailored insights using industry benchmarks and customer segmentation.
  • Proactively identify potential compliance issues and recommend remediation steps.
  • Provide clear, actionable customer guidance to meet licensing expectations and optimize usage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by meeting/exceeding KPIs through effective engagements.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in processes, templates, and delivery approach.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritize to deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills; Excel proficiency required (e.g., pivots, lookups, data cleansing).
  • Proactive, self-directed, adaptable; committed to continuous learning.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Technical background (software, IT, cybersecurity, legal) or sales/customer-facing experience with technical aptitude.
  • Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT compliance, cybersecurity, or customer success.
  • Certifications (e.g., Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)) are a plus.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $25- $30 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
