Work you'll do

We are seeking a Business Solution Analyst Contractor to conduct compliance reviews of promotional speaker programs and sales field activities for multiple clients. In this role, the contractor will observe activities in real time, capture key findings, and prepare client-facing reports in alignment with client program requirements. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, feedback, and follow-up discussions related to review results.

In addition to compliance reviews, the contractor may support a variety of other inspection activities for clients across different industries. This role requires travel to client sites to execute deliverables in accordance with program guidelines, with training provided as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compliance reviews of promotional speaker programs and sales field activities
  • Observe and document findings in real time with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare clear, professional, client-facing reports based on review observations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-review client questions and follow-ups
  • Support additional inspections, monitoring activities, and field-based deliverables as assigned
  • Travel to client sites and execute reviews in accordance with client program guidelines
  • Manage multiple assignments, clients, and shifting schedules effectively
  • Use multiple technologies and web-based applications simultaneously to support reporting and communication
Required Qualification
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and current workplace technology
  • Comfortable using iPads, tablets, laptops, smartphones, and mobile applications
  • Ability to work across both Android and Apple operating systems
  • Experience with video conferencing tools such as Zoom and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to use at least three web-based applications at one time
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create client-facing reports
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 100%, including air travel, driving, and overnight stays
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with no restrictions
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualification 
  • Pharmacy or healthcare industry background strongly preferred
  • Experience in compliance reviews, auditing, inspections, monitoring, or regulated environments
  • Experience supporting multiple clients and working in fast-changing schedules

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $30 - $35 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
