The Work You’ll Do Under the Deloitte Project Team

As Strategic Marketer, you will own marketing for a portfolio of Cyber & Strategic Risk product/services/solutions, and sit at the intersection of our offerings, sales/GTM and marketing to create buyer-centric and data-informed integrated marketing plans needed to drive demand and engagement. You will leverage data and insights to develop positioning, messaging, narratives and marketing assets that educate and resonate with buyers and equip and energize our sales team and people. You play the dual role of brand advocate externally and “voice of the customer” internally with focus on accelerating the buyer lifecycle. As a storehouse of knowledge about our clients, the market and our competitive and alliances ecosystem as related to your portfolio, you will collaborate across the organization, representing the marketing team’s interests while working with key stakeholders (offering/solution/industry leaders, agencies, etc.) to deliver programs, campaigns and activities.

As an extraordinary project manager responsible for the delivery of marketing and engagement campaigns and activities for a portfolio of solutions and services. You will implement, execute and manage marketing across channels including content, digital, events (virtual and in-person), social media, and web. You will partner with our strategic marketers to develop creative programs and our internal agency to ensure we achieve our objectives. You will take ownership of project scopes, schedules, and milestones; manage approvals including quality and executive reviews, and balance risks while solving issues.

  • Deliver effective and relevant multichannel marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and recognition, and generation leads.
  • Develop detailed plans and provide clarity on timelines and approaches to achieving goals
  • Oversee quality control to ensure that all marketing and communications are of a high visual and written
  • Work with project managers to analyze campaign performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage product marketing for portfolio of products, services and solutions
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and research about buyer needs, trends and competitor insights to influence roadmap and create messaging that differentiates offerings in market
  • Develop buyer personas and journeys, and apply across campaigns, marketing collateral and sales materials
  • Create messaging architecture including narrative, positioning and benefits representing our value and differentiation
  • Define integrated marketing strategy and plans and execute product launches and BAU campaigns from end-to-end
  • Audit BAU marketing materials and work with production team and agencies to develop/refresh assets including writing briefs and reviewing assets to ensure pull-through of positioning and messaging strategies
  • Work with GTM team to develop sales training presentations and other enablement tools that will drive sales motion and cycle.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years in marketing, communications, brand or adjacent fi eld. A mix of agency and in-house experience a plus.
  • Strong marketing campaign operations and project management skills
  • Strong understanding and experience with several marketing disciplines
  • Experience working with marketing teams to deliver assets and other creative deliverables
  • Experience working with workflow systems
  • Great written and verbal skills with an orientation towards negotiation and moving projects forward.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Experience using quantitative data to inform capacity and prioritization decisions
  • Ability to bring cross-functional teams together and maintain a positive working environment
  • Plus: Experience with agile frameworks and principles
