The HR Strategy and Transformation Digital Enablement team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.
We’re looking for a driven, organized team member to support the Digital Enablement team with the successful implementation of SuccessFactors in support of the HXM program. The Talent HXM Deployment Lead will need to demonstrate strong project management skills and be very collaborative and detail oriented to coordinate deployment related workstream meetings, project plans, risks and decision logs. This individual would collaborate with IT, Consulting, PMO, Functional and Change Management teams as needed to successfully manage the data cutover for a successful deployment.
Work you’ll do:
As the Talent HXM Deployment Lead, you will:
• Support the Talent HXM Project Manager for the HXM program’s implementation of SuccessFactors with a focus on the cutover and deployment related activities
• Manage pre-cutover, cutover, and post cutover activities as part of Project HXM including scheduling and facilitating meetings, taking notes, distributing action items, and updating/monitoring the risks, actions, and decisions log
• Partner with HXM Consulting and IT cutover leads on the build, review and finalization of the cutover plan aligning tasks and dependencies
• Coordinate with the US Talent Transformation cutover lead related to cutover planning as the implementation of SuccessFactors is one part of a broader transformation effort which includes ServiceNow and other talent process / service delivery changes
• Coordinate with Talent process owners and subject matter advisors to ensure the appropriate Talent representation is included in preparation, cutover design workshops
• Participate in meetings representing cutover initiatives
• Partner with delivery leads, application owners, Data Conversions, Change Management, Training, and other team leads to build their milestones into the cutover plan, track, and follow-up on milestones
• Work with delivery leads, application owners, Data Conversions, Change Management, Training, and other team leads to create “readiness” check points as part of the deployment plan
• Conduct regular touch point meetings with delivery leads, application owners, Data Conversions, Change Management, Training, and other team leads
• Facilitate/attend daily meetings to provide updates on progress of mock and final cutovers, identify any changes to the plan and provide communications to team (as required)
• Facilitate/attend defect/issue triage meetings to review critical defects and work through any roadblocks
• Support/monitor both mock and final cutover execution activities
• Assist with issue/defect management during execution of both mock and production cutovers
• Leverage shared project team site, OneNote notebook, Smartsheets and mailboxes to ensure structure and access to communications, materials, and documents for all project team members
• Perform other role-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Background and experience with project management support to implement new Talent systems and processes, especially thru deployment phases
• Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and vendors.
• Works well in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
