Title: Tax - Seasonal Specialist - BTS - Contractor 

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work as independent Contractors

The Work You’ll Do Under the Deloitte Project Team

As a contractor within the Business Tax Services group, you will be a valuable member of tax engagement teams, providing and assisting with a variety of federal tax services that are relevant for public and private companies, including tax compliance, tax planning, tax controversy, and tax research

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and/or performing detailed review of workpapers and tax returns
  • Researching federal tax issues and legislation to assist with the compliance and reporting process
  • Identifying international and state tax information reporting needs and collaborating with specialists who lead those workstreams
  • Assisting with workflow management on assigned engagements


3+ years’ experience preparing and/or reviewing federal tax returns and related services for corporate or pass-through entities
