We are seeking a Technical Engineer Contractor with strong experience in FileNet to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of technical solutions for complex engineering environments. This role will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, supporting integrations, resolving technical issues, and maintaining clear technical documentation to support ongoing operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop technical solutions to address complex engineering problems.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of FileNet-based solutions.
- Conduct system integration, testing, and validation to ensure performance, reliability, and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions to maintain system functionality.
- Document technical specifications, processes, procedures, and support materials for future reference and compliance.
- Participate in system performance monitoring and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise standards, support requirements, and operational needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced level proficiency in FileNet
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in technical engineering, application support, or enterprise content management solutions
- Hands-on experience with enterprise system integration and testing
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and process artifacts
- Familiarity with compliance, validation, and support procedures in enterprise environments
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $110 - $120 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
