Seeking contractor for Workforce Strategy and Solutions team to assist in the design of enterprise-wide strategic workforce planning initiatives. Looking for candidate with 6+ years of workforce planning experience, as well as experience with synthesizing large volumes of information, understanding current state WFP and how to organize/drive future state roadmaps.
Following skills are necessary:
· Workforce supply/demand analysis, gap analysis, scenario or predictive modeling
· Data analysis, KPI measurement, workforce plan development
· Turnover trends or projected skill mix reporting
· External labor market scan, workforce segmentation reviews
· Knowledge of software tools including SAP, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan
· Skilled in the use of Tableau, SQL, R/Python or comparable data analysis tools
Responsibilities include conducting workforce planning analysis and designing workforce planning processes, analyzing data and trends, developing compelling deliverables to communicate findings and recommendations. Candidates must have strong Microsoft and Zoom skills, presentation skills, and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work as a part of a larger team.
