Workforce Strategy & Solutions (WSS) collaborates across the Deloitte businesses to shape our future workforce strategy, including the design and development of future of workforce strategies and human centered end-to-end workforce solutions. The WSS team leads the firm’s most critical workforce strategy initiatives through innovative, market-leading design that will propel us into the future of work.


As a Workforce Planning Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of workforce planning professionals to develop cross-business workforce planning capabilities by leveraging your strong project management capabilities.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and decipher stakeholder input, summarize feedback to develop actionable content, and follow-up on open items
  • Develop compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables to communicate findings, strategy and recommendations to Talent and business leaders
  • Drive end to end project deliverables, including updating and tracking project timelines and status, tracking stakeholder input, and creating process maps and deck materials; Manage the work through all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Design and manage process for tracking outputs of leadership discussions; Capture feedback from leadership discussions and summarize key takeaways
  • Design facilitation approaches to engage variety of stakeholders along the project lifecycle
  • Develop approaches to understand and assess the needs in relation to our professionals, our Businesses and trends in the marketplace 
  • Other PMO and related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human capital consulting or in-depth knowledge and experience with talent topics in project-based roles; Specialized knowledge and skills in workforce strategy, workforce transformation, or human-centered design methodologies

·       Strong PowerPoint skills. Ability to create simple stories around complex topics and appeal to the needs of multiple stakeholders; Outstanding written, visual and oral communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to host and manage Outlook Invitations and Zoom meetings with polling, multiple hosts and/or speakers, video and/or audio inserts
  • Demonstrated ability to make timely, informed decisions that consider data, goals, constraints, and risks from multiple perspectives
  • Proven self-starter who has demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, complex, and ambiguous start-up environment; Agile mindset and ability to pivot and respond to unexpected project turns
  • Ability to build strong peer relationships across the Deloitte network
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
